Coach doesn't like to brag about himself... so his fighters do it for him. He built this gym from nothing, from one or two steady fighters, from training in the park and backyards, from nothing to everything it is now. He's not done yet either. Maureen Shea
The Real Million Dollar Baby
At 41, Maureen is still extremely active in the fight world, in and out of the ring. With an impressive 30-2-1 record, Maureen has picked up 2 wins in 2022 with another fight scheduled soon.
Maureen is now the high level amateur/pro level fight manager for Vicious Elite. She adds a layer of professionalism to our team with a network that can open doors to greatness.
Master Brian Fuery

Master Fuery knows what it takes to be an athlete at every level. A former University of Miami football player, retired professional MMA fighter, 10 time world champion, and black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Master Fuery has trained with the best to become the best.

Master Fuery now helps run the newly revived Blackzilian Fight Team in Florida, sharing his knowledge with the next generation of fighters. We are honored to have Master Fuery as the Vicious Elite Brazilian jiu-jitsu trainer and mentor to our entire program.
Moncaio Brothers BJJ
Joao and Fred Moncaio
Master Joao Moncaio and Master Fred Moncaio both trained with the Popovitch family for years. After 10 years with the Popovitch family, Joao and Fred left Fort Lauderdale in 2012 to open their own gym in Boca Raton. That facility has now moved back to their home in Fort Lauderdale. Both Joao and Fred have extensive knowledge, experience, and skill.
