Learn technical kickboxing skills, test your endurance and build your confidence through our Adult Kickboxing Bootcamp!
Camp Structure
30 min Stretch/Dynamic Warm-up
45 min Workout
45 min Technique and Drills
30 min Pad Work/Exchanges
30 min Light Sparring (Optional)
Camp Dates
Session 1: July 8th and July 9th
After booking, you will be contacted with any additional paperwork or materials that are needed.Â
Please make sure you bring boxing gloves, shin guards, mouth guard, water bottle, sneakers, and sun screen. We have boxing gloves and shin guards available for use if you do not currently have any, numbers are limited, please let us know ASAP if you will need to borrow equipment.
